Monday is here again! Right on schedule! Can you believe that this month is nearly over, and then it will be October? This year has flown by! The Lord has been so good to me this week! As He is every week...
I had a prayer answered! I am starting a new piano student tomorrow night...Praise the Lord! That was a huge blessing!
We had a lady get saved a couple of weeks ago, and she was baptized last night! You could see the joy radiating through her face!!! It makes you recall the joy of when you received Jesus as your Saviour! Aren't you so glad that the Lord stays the same? One of my favorite verses is Hebrews 13:8, "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever." We as people will always change. Our feelings will change. We may feel happy one day and then down the next, but our Saviour will never change. We may loose our "cool" or make a mistake and feel like we can never receive forgiveness, but our Lord is ever merciful...He never changes. Yet, our God is still a righteous God, a holy God. In that also, He never changes, but He is ever waiting to forgive and intercede on our behalf! Isn't God so good!
*Sorry for the mistakes! ;-)

Praise the Lord for a new piano student AND a new name written down in Heaven!!
Praise God , for his goodness!!
Praise the Lord for the one saved and baptized! We had one of our bus kids get baptized on Sunday. She was really excited about it! Sadly, none of her family was even interested enough to come and see her baptized. Pray for her to grow as a Christian. Her name is Cheyenne.
Mrs. Nina,
Yes, Praise the Lord for the new student...I started her today, please pray that I will be able to present the Gospel to her. She doesn't attend church anywhere...so I don't think that she is saved.
Becka, Yes Praise the Lord for His goodness. He is so good to us! But for the grace of God.
Jonathan, I will be praying for Cheyenne and her family. That is so exciting especially to see a soul saved so young! We had a situation like that recently. One of our little boys kept saying over and over that he could not believe that his daddy would not come to see him baptized.
Thanks for the comments everyone!
Jennifer
